This leading sports brand's Head Office is located in the Leiden area. Their Dutch office employs 150 people spred out through the development, sales, marketing and distribution departments. In your role as a Customer Service Analyst you would join a team of 12 employees.
The role is focusing on the German market. English is used internally, therefore German and English language skills are essential.
Your tasks as a Customer Service Analyst:
Providing business to business customer support to major accounts;
Improving process developments;
Analysing of work processes;
Working independently in sales, stock and other data analysis;
Point of contact for all inquiries across company relating to major accounts;
Providing in depth business decision and analytical support to proactively assess opportunities, potential risks and business solutions;
Working in reporting systems and capturing information within Excel.
Job RequirementsYour background and personality:
Language skills: fluent in German and English. Dutch is a plus but not necessary;
Work experience: at least 3 years in a related field (e.g.: financial analysis or logistics or B2B customer service position on a bachelor level);
Computer knowledge: high level of Excel is a must! (being able to work with e.g.; V-Look Up and IF-ERROR), preferred knowledge: M3-Lawson Smart Office, BI-Cognos Software;
Good analytical skills;
Independent with good eye for detail;
Accurate and proactive;
Stress-resistant, can-do attitude;
Independent, hands-on mentality.
