As inside sales representative you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and generating new business.
Schedule and prepare contacts (i.e. outbound calls, face-to-face, social media, emails, e-commerce initiatives, etc.) to (potential) customers which are reflected in a structured sales plan and works with estimated sales and margin related budget plan both customers related as internally target related
Maintain relationships with customers, monitor development and performance and act as business partner for accounts; support accounts in optimizing business
Monitor and report on progress in realizing sales / margin targets and forecast future sales of the own customer portfolio based on the information received during customer contact
Develop potential customers, and reactivate existing ‘sleeping' customers by cross- and up-sell of products and by identifying and meeting the client's needs, within the Inside Sales policy and methods
Develop and update his / her customer and prospect data / clients records (Order intake- / CRM- / agenda- / E-Commerce databases and systems) according to defined rules
Correctly and systematically use of sales systems / tools and support provided by the organization (Inventory, brochure, catalogues, websites, etc.) according to the situations encountered in order to advise and service clients
Plan, execute, monitor, analyse and follow up on pro-active customer contact, sales strategy, sales campaigns in line with sales forecasts and estimated sales volume and where required initiate and follow-up on customer portfolio based gap campaigns
Prepare and follow-up on (proposals for) contracts, leads and / or participated and / or supports negotiations, including defining the negotiation strategy
Develop strategies and detect and realize new business opportunities with existing customers in cooperation with other functional disciplines
600 account pool size with (potential) 3k+ threshold customers
Work under some guidance and general instructions, in accordance with work agreements and procedures and supported by senior colleagues / management
Job RequirementsFluent knowledge of French and Dutch, spoken and written
1- 2 years experience in sales, managing customer accounts and generating new business
Proven experience in working with targets in an international work environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge and skills in understanding customers buying needs, behavior and acts and able to analyse customer personality types
Excellent planning and prioritizing skills
