For O&M-Movianto in Oss, the Netherlands, we are recruiting a:Commercial Manager NL (fulltime)who can use his or hers passion, drive and skills to achieve results! Main purpose of job:The Commercial Manager Netherlands plays a key role in developing Movianto Nederland to be a substantial force in the Dutch market and exploit its full potential of growth on the warehousing and transportation market for healthcare. He/She has a dual reporting line: direct to the Commercial Director Region North and indirect to the Site Manager. The key stakeholders for this position are our clients and their customers, the teammates of the Commercial team in the Netherlands, the other members of the Movianto Nederland Management Team and on a group level, the Commercial, Solutions and Legal teams. As Commercial Manager for the Netherlands, you work in close conjunction with the EU Business Development teams and the local Account team to ensure achievement of Local and Group objectives & targets. As member of the Dutch Management Team, you contribute to the strategy and take part in the Business Review Meetings. All activities are performed conform to GxP and ISO 9001. The employee has the responsibility to act safely and environmentally conscious Responsibilities and tasks:Lead Commercial team in the Netherlands;Contribute to the Commercial Strategy region North;Generate new businesses and retain existing businesses;Ensure client satisfaction and fulfilment of agreed KPIs;Manage and develop relations with existing customers;Define and implement the Commercial Strategy in the Netherlands, with respect to the Group guidelines;Lead local RFI’s & RFQ’s and supervise all commercial offers for the Netherlands;Participate in European tenders managed by the European Commercial team;Reporting of Commercial activities and ensure confidentiality.
Required knowledge and skills:We are looking for a Commercial Manager that can be a inspiring leader and can maintain overview.Also, you have the following:Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience;Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a commercial role in a supply chain environment or logistics company, preferably in the healthcare industry;Experience with (pharma/medical device) logistic services in a healthcare environment;Performing at board level is a easy task for you and you have negotiation experience;You are a motivating and trustworthy leader;The characteristics ‘innovative, commercial awareness and result oriented’ are features that suit you;Very good written and oral skills in English and Dutch;Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
