For an international high tech organisation near Eindhoven we are looking fora Client Service Representative Job descriptionThe Client Service Coordinator ensures the efficiency of the Client Service Department and take part in its activities by estimating and promoting the technical support services needed by our customers. You will also be responsible for realizing the service visit planning.

The Client Service Coordinator reports to the Service Manager. Your Contribution:

Your main tasks and responsibilities consist of: Supporting the Client Services operations in the EMEA Region.Manage the planning process of Service visits and our Field Service Engineers and make improvements where needed.Answer general and technical requests for information on products and servicesReceive and treat customer complaintsSolve problems regarding customer service: deadlines, price, order detailsProvide information to customers regarding equipment function and maintenanceContact installers, designers and other person involved when problems occur with their installations so they understand their responsibilities and advocate settlements between installers and customersMake recommendations to clients regarding the sale and replacement of equipment partsFollow-up on technical problems encountered by customers to make sure they are resolvedDevelop and maintain the network of service partnersFollow-up on clients regarding after-sales service on products they purchased and assess client satisfaction SkillsFor consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to the team:Minimum MBO diploma in technical or administrative related field;Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;Fluency in Dutch and English required, German would be a nice to have;Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Office and preferably a planning tool;Solid understanding of Aftersales and Service operations (internal and outsourcing);Excellent communication skills;Good planning, prioritization and organizational skills;Proven experience in high volume / fast paced environment;Pro-active as well as customer oriented attitude;Helicopter view, broad scope and team-player.
