You will be solving complex challenges on code-efficiency and re-usable code. You will also have many opportunities to take your new developments from the office to client sites around the world and be part of the implementation team in a production environment. You will also be providing technical support to answer any questions or feedback from clients.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Delft and from this office our software is developed, tested and released. Within the organization the software engineering team is responsible for the designing, building, testing, releasing and maintenance of our software. Due to our strong growth in international markets (regional offices in Australia, UK and USA), we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with initiative and knowledge of their profession.

Your profile:
You are a teamplayer, have a lot of enthusiasm and take satisfaction from doing quality work. Your flexibility and creativity are key success factors in this role as we are looking for you to break new ground in developing our software solutions in response to the many unique requirements we undertake for our clients. You enjoy work with interesting challenges and can get started without direction. Experience with JAVA, .NET, Delphi and C++ (at least 2 of them). You like the prospect of international travel and can speak and write in both the Dutch and English language.

To be successful in this role you must also have:
Detail orientated; independence; determination, responsibility, being proactive and willing to take ownership, look beyond boundaries and be focused on customers.
