Then we are looking for you! We have an open position as Project Employee Customer Quality for an international organization that produces Flavors & Fragrances. As Project Employee Customer Quality you focus on supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of a new quality system for answering technical customer questions. So you focus on the standardization of the company, which has offices worldwide. You liaise globally with quality and regulatory professionals, project managers and IT developers to establish the required document templates and processes for the new system. You develop and implement performance metrics from the new system and build reporting tools to communicate the quality and regulatory team's performance in meeting the demands of the customers and commercial teams. You support other quality projects from a technical perspective. What we expect from you: You have an educational background in Food Manufacturing, Food Science, Chemical, Chemical Engineering or Quality Management;Excellent communication skills in English, preferably also Dutch;You have modest programming skills and interest in programming;Proficient with standard MS Office software (Access is considered a plus);You have high affinity with automation/computer systems;You are goal oriented, a self-starter and a self-motivator;You have the ability to maintain professional and positive attitude;You are able to use influence skills and motivate others;You are proficient at problem-solvingYou are eager to learn;You are flexible;You remain positive The skills as defined above are more important than experience. Preferably experience with more advanced use of Excel or Access.Preferably experience with V. Basic of other programming languages. We offer you an interesting and challenging job within a very dynamic environment. The position as it is now will be temporary for 6 months, there might be a possibility that it gets extended.
