This is a crucial role in our organization as you’ll be responsible to “build more value faster for our users and therefore 24sessions”.The Customer Success ManagerYou work in a startup but are in contact with some of the greatest companies like Rabobank, ING, Nuon, Centraal Beheer, Aegon,…You are responsible for onboarding, training and supporting these clients and building an internal network within these organizations.You are data-driven and use our existing tech stack (Intercom, Pipedrive, 24sessions reporting tools) to analyse and acts on user behaviour and data.You are also looking for other technologies which we are currently not yet using that could help you achieve your goalsYou are the connection between our users and our development team.
