XO CARE is a family-owned Danish manufacturer of high-end dental equipment, primarily dental units. XO CARE’s mission is to empower dentists to perform the very best treatments on calm patients, while protecting the dentists’ health and finances. Our company has 65 full-time employees and we are today looking for a replacement for our Market Manager in the Benelux area. This person will be part of our small but very international Sales & Marketing team of 7 persons and be based in the Benelux. Key areas of responsibilities:Execute business plans and sales strategies aiming at growing revenue in the Benelux regionDevelop, manage and motivate own distributor networkKey tasks:Motivate the distributors to focus heavily on XOProactively contact distributors to organize promotional activities and together with them: - coordinate sales reps and technician trainings - participate in exhibitions etc - visit end-users - organize end-user events - develop reference clinics and KOL relationsEvaluate the distributors’ commercial and technical competencies on an on-going basisIdentify and start up new distributors and terminate non-performing onesCompile yearly budget and business plansCollect customer and competitor information as well as marked feedback, and forward to relevant departments at XOMain goals:Achieving the set targets in own area with a special focus on - Revenue - Contribution Margin - Agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Have a portfolio of highly motivated, trained and active distributors in own areaRepresent an engaged, competent and value adding Market Manager to the distributorsKey competencies:Field sales experience preferably from the medico technical industry, or even better from the dental industryCapable of gaining respect from distributors by providing value-adding supportCapable to adapt the sales demonstration to the different customers’ profilesGood communications and co-ordinations skillsFluent in Dutch/Flemish, English and French (or at least some notions of French)Proactive, ambitious and outgoingFlexible, positive and solution orientedJob specific skills:Willing to travel approx. 70-90 days a yearKnowledge and understanding of the dental industry a plus.Experience level requirement:Min 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the medico-technical field and even better in the dental industryEducation level:Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant other education at B.A levelWe offer a challenging job in a growing company with exciting plans for the future.
