    Job Description It has been 4 years since we all joined one big adventure called Bynder. Time flies, and at Bynder it's at lightning speed. We have grown from just bunch of guys at a kitchen table to an international company with more than 270 employees worldwide. Our product has become more complex and so has our proposition to clients. And it has been our sales team which has had a major role in our growth by expanding all the markets beyond the expectations. And the market expansion never stops... This time we are looking for you, a true hunter, who has an appetite on the DACH market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). You will be part of the successful sales team in the heart of Amsterdam and take complete ownership of SMB accounts building the strategic relationships with key prospects. If you prove that hitting a quota for you is a piece of cake, then only the sky will be the limit at Bynder.What you will do:Presenting a solution to help businesses run more effectively by reducing marketing spend by increasing efficiencySelling Bynder's SaaS-based marketing resource management solution into marketing departments and advertising agenciesSolution-focused selling where you will fact find, establish needs and then sell to those needsBeing frequently on the road to actively close dealsResearching & identifying potential clientsDealing with Tenders and RFPsQualifications What you have:You are German native speaker and proficient in English2 + years of experience in selling SaaSYou consider yourself a hunter - you have proven track of successful acquisition of new businessesExperience in field salesYou know that you can successfully hit your target - you have done it many timesYour experience with RFP's will be a very big plusStart-up experience is a big plus as wellAdditional Information            What we have:Challenging and inspiring work environmentFlat hierarchy where your voice will be truly heardOpportunity to initiate your own projectsSkilled sales team which is ready to welcome you anytimeUnlimited vacation policyCompetitive monthly compensationApple gearDaily lunchMassage
