Je stelt een HR jaarplan op, waarna je de praktijk adviseert over en ondersteunt bij de uitwerking van dat plan. Adviseren met impact zit in jouw bloed en - samen met recruitment - ben je niet alleen bezig met alle vraagstukken rond in-, door- en uitstroom, maar wij verwachten ook van je dat je een belangrijke rol speelt in organisatieontwikkeling en cultuurverandering en daarmee aan het bouwen van de organisatie als excellent werkgever.
