We’re seeking an ambitious self-starter with a passion for people to join our team and help us execute this plan!  Position Summary As our Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be the brand ambassador of the company and take ownership of our talent attraction and recruitment process. Collaborating with Management, Marketing & Operations, you will engage in reactive and proactive recruitment strategies to identify, headhunt, interview and hire suitable candidates for the Panda International business. You will also work closely with Marketing to create exciting and engaging employer branding and referral campaigns that will help attract candidates to our business. Furthermore, you will be involved in the Employee Engagement Strategy.  Responsibilities Responsible for the internal recruitment of team members.Working with management to identify projected internal hiring needs and setting up a strategic hiring plan.Taking detailed job descriptions from Management and converting those job descriptions to advertisements.Posting advertisements and referral emails through our CRM system, our database and external websites.Reviewing CVs and carrying out interviews and qualifications with candidates.Presenting suitable candidates and managing the hiring process.Operating and growing our Internal Employee Referral Program, including updates to staff, drafting and distribution of all social media content for advertising, follow up and processing of all leads.Creating and cultivating key partnerships with external stakeholders.Networking and marketing the Panda brand with key associations, groups, and Meetup organizations to attract candidatesCreating partnerships with job boards and other website and social media tools to promote the Panda brand and to attract candidates.Responsible for our Employee Engagement Strategy and Activities.  Essential Skills/Experience/Attributes Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in HRM or a business-related field.Experience working in a structured environment with deadlines and targets.At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment or human resources.Experience working with databases and/or CRM systems.Strong evidence of team work as well as working independently.Experience in using social media successfully for professional or marketing objectives.Ability to think fast on your feet and see solutions to situations rather than problems.Open and honest communication style; we are a no-nonsense business.Excellent communication skills in English; strong preference for Dutch. What we offer youCompetitive salary as well as a bonus/commission structureExtra incentives (such as team lunches, company trips & nights out!)  Opportunities for career progression and fast-track growthTraining & development aimed at taking you to the next level Free gym membership and flexible work-out times  Fun, inspiring & challenging working environment in the center of Amsterdam If you get excited about the description above and you meet the necessary requirements, we want to hear from you!
