The Workshop / Service Manager will be based at IHC's Tuas office and will report to the General Manager at IHC IQIP Singapore. This multidisciplinary role includes workshop and service management. Responsibilities will include the following: acting as first point of contact for customers with regards to local service activitiesmanaging local service requirements and rental fleet equipmentpreparing rental equipment spreadsplanning and managing the workshop for equipment maintenance and repairsreporting to the Service Manager at IHC IQIP in The Netherlands with regards to service-related activities. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, and will act as the single point of contact for stakeholders with regards to commercial and non-commercial service, and project-related issues. The Workshop / Service Manager will take on the role throughout the duration of a project, from the moment the contract has been signed until the equipment is delivered/returned.As Workshop / Service Manager, you will manage service needs in South East Asia in close cooperation with our offices in Australia, China and our head office in The Netherlands. You will manage several projects at one time, working closely with sales, logistics, production, fleet management, service and finance departments in the Singapore and The Netherlands offices.
