Within Advantech Europe’s location (Eindhoven) you will be responsible for the coordination and support of Advantech customers of the Industrial IoT division in Europe. This position entails dealing with (inbound) key-accounts and channel sales partners in the German speaking region. Your main responsibilities are:Primary source of contact for all your customers (channel and key accounts)Order process owner: placing orders, coordinating with assembly and stock department, checking backlogs and managing customer payment situation, taking care of sales return activitiesEnsure all customer’s needs and queries are metForm a tandem setup with Key Account Management, setting up a lasting working relationship in both ad-hoc and project-based salesCentral interface among all related parties: customer, sales, logistics and supply chain management.Supporting sales for quotation activities and CRM administrationReporting sales order status’ and other customer related business issuesProviding customer care activities and servicesFunctie-eisen At least 2years’ experience in a commercial back office position in an international(technical) environmentCommunicativepersonality with a strong customer focused approachPreferablynative German, excellent English.
