Group Leader Powders – Your new position?As a Group Leader you are responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production flow in our Powders Value Stream, in a safe way, at competing costs and meeting customer expectations. Our Powder production has a broad portfolio, producing flavours for leading consumer brands. You will be responsible for managing 5 shifts. Each shift has a functional Team Lead and around 6 operators. As a true people manager you focus on development of people, provide feedback and reward and recognize desired behaviour. You make sure the working culture in Powders production is world class. With your excellent Continuous Improvement skills, you work on good handover between shifts, standardizing ways of working and creating a Continuous Improvement culture. You align with Quality Management to assure food safety and high quality production.Service; you ensure service level requirements are met, you strongly believe in ATS and SOP’s with Planning, combined with Maintenance SLA. You’ll respond adequately to meet short term fluctuating demands.Continuous Improvement; you’ll motivate your teams towards a continuous improving organization, with a focus on training, documenting and standardizing work processes and optimizing our cost per kg. You have good financial knowledge about action and impact.Leading the team; you will manage shift changes, optimize roster design and realize flexibility over departments.
