The Global ICT Team is looking for a new member who is a Security & Systems Administrator (SSA) by profession and experience. You will sit in the Global ICT Operations team. In the SSA role you are responsible for all Hyva networks and security of these networks and systems. This includes VPN's, Firewalls, Routers & Switches. You will also take care of threat protection and prevention, like Anti-Virus, Anti Spam, Anti Malware and making sure all computer systems are up to date with the latest security patches and fixes. Secondly you have a shared responsibility for Software Asset Management and also take active part in the daily Servicedesk team activities. Last but not least the SSA is the daily team leader of the ICT Operations team. You will manage 4 fellow employees in the ICT department. You will report to the Global ICT Manager. Your key responsibilities You organize the design, setup, installation and maintenance of the local- and wide area networks (including wireless). You govern the required security levels and settings of all networks, servers, user systems and related components. You participate in the daily Servidesk activities to support end-users. You are a member of the Global ICT Stand-By team. You have management responsibilites for the Global ICT Operations team consisting of 4 FTE (including team appraisals responsibility). We feel you need to meet the following qualifications to excell in this role: Professional Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Cisco CCNA / CCNP certified Experience with Microsoft Windows server and desktop systems Experience with Microsoft Office suite Experience with dataCenter solutions and remote management Expericence with ESX & VMware server technology Experience with Cisco (Meraki) systems (firewalls, switches, routers, access points) Familiar and experienced with Prince II and Agile/Scrum Excellent knowledge and understanding of the English language Driver’s license B Personal You are/have: Business and result oriented Good personal and communication skills Pro active Service minded Coach and mentor Willing to travel within the region Hands-on mentality " Get it done" mentality Willing to be available on call duty Our client is a multinational company founded in the Netherlands.
