Develop and build on relationships with recruitment companies and consultants
Analyse and identify gaps in the current sales and countries that are covered
Report efficiencies to improve the performances of sales and marketing efforts to European Account Managers
Sales
Work closely with the European Accounts Managers, Business Development Manager and Customer Care Team in setting targets and achieving sales results.
Work closely with the European Accounts Manager to improve the quality of presentations and communications.
Provide feedback to continuously support, encourage and motivate the Sales/Marketing team.
Other Duties
As requested by the European Account Managers from time to time.
