Office Manager
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to... - performing office bookkeeping and financial reporting. - managing office, marketing, and logistics budgets, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. - serving as the key person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills and errands. - executing HR administrative work (e.g. organizing contracts, salary payment, holiday registration for staff, etc.). - preparing letters, presentations and reports, and organizing and scheduling meetings and events. - acting as the front line team member to represent the company by telephone and e-mail. - optimizing and professionalizing Allocacoc’s internal processes.   We need you to... - have a Bachelor’s educational degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. - posses solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles. - be exceedingly well organized and disciplined, and have an eye for detail. - posses excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. - have a solution-orientated mindset and a hands-on mentality. - posses outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - be flexible and adaptable to changing workloads.  - be a team player with an open-minded attitude towards cultures and changes. - preferably have 1-3 years working experience in bookkeeping and office administrative work. § be experienced with MS Office, financial software (e.g. Exact, King) is a great advantage. - master the Dutch and English language. We are known for... setting a different standard on a market that remained unchanged for many years.
