Qelp offers online self-service support tools that enable mobile operators (our customers) to meet end-user demands (their customers). We build web applications with a strong focus on usability and visual appeal, helping customers with their smartphone related problems and delivering a happy customer experience.
Online self-service greatly reduce support costs by reducing calls to the call center. An awesome online experience also helps to acquire new customers. We have up to date content for all smartphones, excellent visual support, top class web usability and continuous monitoring of our cloud based information and improving of online behavior based on analytics.
We’re based in Amsterdam with over 60 customers around the world. In the Netherlands we work for the top brands like KPN, T-Mobile, Tele2, UPC and Ziggo. Internationally we work for customers such as Orange, Deutsche Telekom and Telefonica. The team is growing rapidly and we’re getting ready to take over the world.
