Duties and responsibilities:
?-? Help ensure the optimal functioning of the department;
?-? Improving productivity and efficiency;
Proposing changes with regard to the execution of activities, methods and working
working methods with the aim of improving services and increasing internal and external customer satisfaction;
?-? Minimizing the number of errors;
?-? Reducing lead times;
?-? Communicating well and conducting consultations within and outside the department;
?-? Co-executing personnel policies and departmental planning;
?-? Accountable to the Supervisor;
?-? Taking over various tasks during leave and absence of the Supervisor;
?-? Proactively contributing to our continuous improvement methodology.
