As Accountmanager of the Carrier / ISP Market you are responsible for the acquisition and development of new customers, management and continuous development of existing accounts in the Carrier & ISP segments to optimize revenue and profit. You operate autonomously to support the Managing Director. You communicate internally with the corporate sales department and other sales teams and externally with suppliers and customers. The remit of this position is national. You develop local annual sales plan and strategic business of new market segments, and products and services, based on the understanding of the markets. You (re)negotiate contracts with possible and existing clients on all contract aspects such as price, SLAs and liabilities. Your main duties and responsibilities: Acquire new customers and maximising revenue of new accounts; Understand market specific requirements and characteristics of the specific market segment; Maximising revenue and client satisfaction of existing accounts (collocation and VAS); Provide support to marketing department by translating marketing strategies to local marketing activities; Attending marketing events to maximize awareness and visibility of the company’s market position. Bachelor/Master degree; 3 to 7 years’ experience in a consultative selling area, preferably in IT Services, Telecom or Financial Market; Broad business network in specific market segment; Good understanding of MS Office; Fluent in Dutch and English; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; A proactive approach, Client-focussed with high contract closing ability.
