An international company located in Capelle a/d IJssel, GCC Europe B.V. is looking for caliber candidates of the tech support engineer. Company’s product is related to Visual image communication industry such as cutting plotter, laser engraver and UV and solvent printer.

Position: Technical Service Engineer:
Function: Provide daily technical solutions to distributors via mails, telephone or/and on site visit.
Sample making, machine installation, demo and provide training to distributors.
Take part in show exhibition and routine customers' visit. We provide training for candidate to be able to master the above service.

Qualification: The candidates preferred but not limited to be majored in Engineering field such as electrical, mechanical, IT, etc. Candidate is expected to be handy with machine operation and repair. Having experience with plotter, printer, engraver, laser service, Q&A, trouble shooting will be a plus. The candidate needs to be fluent in written, spoken English. Candidates should have EU driving license B and are able to travel independently with good teamwork spirit.
Compensation: Subject to academic and working experience plus possible quarterly and yearly bonus.
