For an international company we are looking for two full time Accounts Payable Representatives for a period of at least 3 to 4 months.
Main purpose of this role is to ensure high data quality on the input and processing of invoices & travels to the financial systems.
Your main activities will be:
Matching of invoices to the purchase order
Maintain and report the accounts payable accounts
Preparation of payments & cash management of accounts payables
Month close activities and support during month close with accruals
Ad-hoc duties as required by the Accounting Manager
Job RequirementsWhat we are looking for in the right candidate is:
Intermediate vocational education in business and administration (MEAO BA/BE or equivalent)
Significant experience in a comparable function
Proficient in the English, Swedish and Dutch languages
Good knowledge of accounting standards and in specific in the account payables area
Knowledge of financial tools
Good Computer literacy (Preferably Basware, Coda & Excel)
No 9 - 17 mentality
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Possess a professional and reliable attitude
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Ability to interact with employees and suppliers in a professional manner

A full time position in an international and dynamic company for at least 3 to 4 months.
You will be offered a Unique Multilingual contract with 24 holidays per year and 8% holiday allowance.
Salary indication: In between €2800 and €3400 gross/month (depending on your skills and experience)
