We are excited to announce the opening of the DACHSER Corporate IT Hub Spain and we are looking for an IT Location Manager on-site in Madrid.

Tasks
- Create and maintain opportunities to liaise with communities, universities and further networks
- Administrative management of employees from the IT departments
- In charge of creating the culture of the IT Hub (Organization of Events)
- Recruitment and development of the IT Hub in cooperation with the HR department
- Work with the respective persons in the administrative areas e.g. HR, legal
- In charge of the infrastructure (Location) of the IT Hub
- Close cooperation with our IT Managers from Corporate IT
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the IT Hub in Madrid
- Implement and strive for international location independent collaboration within IT Organization
Qualifications
- Degree in the field of business administration or a comparable education
- Professional experience in a comparable position with regards of administrative leadership
- Very good organizational skills
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking with high motivation and commitment to build up a culture and good work environment in the IT Hub
- Very good communication and fluent English (B2) and Spanish skills
- Confident appearance and independent action
- Confident in working in a hybrid set-up with collaborative tools (M365)
