Tasks
- Development of Java and AWS-based serverless services within an agile Scrum team, in accordance with defined architecture guidelines.
- Implementation of requirements (user stories) from the product backlog according to prioritisation (using the Test Driven Development approach and in sprints with a duration of 14 days).
- Development of technical solution concepts.
- Participation in Scrum events and backlog refinements.
- Integration of cross-system interfaces.
- Carrying out error analyses and error tracking in interaction with the integrated systems and in the context of system integration.
- Provision and execution of automated user acceptance tests.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Hands on Knowledge of AWS services as AWS GW, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, Secrets Manager
- Hands on experience in provisioning AWS services with IAC with AWS CDK Typescript
- Proficient in backend technologies such as Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Rest, Spring Security, Hibernate, Swagger
- Experience with building serverless microservices with NodeJs and Typescript
- Experience with REST API development and Kafka for messaging.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
- Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) development environments.
- Proficiency with GitLab for version control, Jira for issue tracking, and Confluence for documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage
Nice to have:
- Experience with Angular 19, RxJS
- Experience writing unit tests in jest and E2E test in Cypress
