TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Unterstützung im Betrieb der IAM-Anwendungen (IGA, AM, PAM) über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
- Du hilfst bei IAM-Fragestellungen rund um den Identity Lifecycle und das Business Alignment
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche- und Projektteams bei der Integration der zentralen Benutzer- und Zugriffsverwaltung und der Erstellung der zugrundeliegenden Businessrollen und Berechtigungskonzepte
- Bereitstellung fachlicher Dokumentationen und Informationen für Anwender:innen
- Durchführung von fachlichen Abnahmetests für Changes im IAM Prozess und Qualitätssicherung des Datenbestands
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der IAM Infrastruktur zur optimalen technischen Unterstützung der (Geschäfts-)/IAM-Prozesse
- Als Experte für Identity Governance & Administration gestaltest du diese aktiv mit und stellst kontinuierlich sicher, dass alle Prozesse und Betriebsaufgaben im Rahmen des Identity & Access Managements eingehalten werden
- Organisation und operative Begleitung der Vergabe von Benutzerberechtigungen für IT Services, Applikationen und sonstige IT Assets im Rahmen des Regelwerkes des Information Security Managements
- Mit deinem Wissen über IAM-Regularien, -Prozesse und -Systeme sorgst du für einen sicheren und Compliance-gerechten Betrieb und das End2End-Monitoring von Berechtigungs- und Rollenkonzepten
- Unterstützung bei Security Incidents sowie bei der Nutzung von Collaboration Tools
YOUR SKILLS
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Identity & Access Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) und gängigen IAM-Tools (OneIdentity, SailPoint, Octa oder Omada)
- Verständnis von Sicherheitsstandards und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Zero-Trust Security Prinzipien und Lösungen
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
