Tasks
- Act as primary contact between PKO & Dealers for all AS & CR related topics
- Develop and align annual AS Business Plans between PKO & Dealers; including regular follow-up and steering
- Manage all CR and Porsche Service Consulting activities; including RSA and Customer Goodwill
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of Porsche's After Sales business model and processes
- Strong Negotiation and communication skills in both Korean & English
- Strategic and operational thinking; Capability to implement
- Team player
