Tasks
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Build scalable and secure canvas apps and custom connectors to meet business requirements
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems, such as SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs
- Design and develop AI-powered bots and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio / Agent Builder
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Create and optimize business processes using Power Automate for workflows and automation
- Develop and manage RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Design and create comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Ensure best practices in Power Platform development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor and maintain the security, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions in Power Platform
- Manage governance, security, and compliance aspects of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including chatbot lifecycle and access control
- Oversee RPA platform governance (UiPath / Automation Anywhere), including bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and license management
Qualifications
- Experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of M365, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365
- Proven experience in integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft and third-party applications
- Knowledge of SQL, Dataverse, and connectors for working with data sources
- Familiarity with scripting tools – ex. PowerShell
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio/Agent Builder for building AI solutions
- Experience with RPA platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Understanding of deploying and orchestrating bots in UiPath Orchestrator or Automation Anywhere Control Room
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with conversational AI and NLP
- Understanding of RPA lifecycle
