Tasks
- You will be part of project teams supporting MHPs clients as a Senior Management Consultant;
- You will focus on advising clients on how to solve specific business challenges;
- You are adaptable, fast-learning, confident and have worked with executive stakeholders before;
- You have the ability to identify client’s challenges and devise approaches on how to solve them;
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience within consulting companies;
- Ability to handle changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic project environment;
- Understanding of complex technical discussions;
- Ability to draft minutes, presentations, and management documents accurately in German;
- Confident presentation in (virtual) meetings and workshops (in German);
- Experience with Kanban, status tracking, escalation management, deadline management, and stakeholder communication;
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clearly defined process interfaces (BPIs);
- Creation of management-ready presentations (PowerPoint);
- Self-organized and reliable in tracking tasks and open issues;
- Fluent German and English skills ;
- Willingness to travel;
