S&BC is structured along the value chain with our functional areas Research & Development, Product Supply, Marketing & Sales and Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation.
Are you interested in joining us as an Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) in Research & Development (R&D) Strategies? Our R&D team develops strategies and optimizes processes in research, development and portfolio management. At the same time, digital innovations are developed to strengthen Bayer through a coordinated approach in the areas of R&D as well as flexibility and growth. This is achieved on the basis of alliances and collaborations in R&D and through process reengineering, organizational design and performance improvement.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as a member of a consulting project team on strategy, portfolio, process or organizational topics
- Develop change proposals to maximize value for Bayer in collaboration with the client on the basis of well-founded analyses through workshops, interviews and desktop research
- Manage subprojects together with client teams
- Drive and implement change for improving everyday work
- Build strong client relationships and a sustainable network within the Bayer Group
WHO YOU ARE
- Graduated with distinction from university (master) in natural science, engineering, economics, psychology or related field
- First experience in management consulting and/or corporate experience related to life science industry
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to deal with senior client management
- Empathic communication and the ability to drive implementation
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (taking pandemic status into account)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; German or further languages are of advantage
