As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's people strategy and driving organizational development and change. You will work closely with our leadership teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that support the company's growth and success. You also play a vital role in the talent acquisition of your dedicated teams and support our hiring managers in winning the best talent.

Tasks
  • HRBP

    • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders

    • Support and guide your line managers in a trusting, open and performance driven work environment

    • Be an ambassador and drive the development and implementation of our People and Culture projects to win the hearts and minds of your line managers:

      • Develop and run Leadership best practices workshops
      • Manage and improve our Communication and Feedback initiatives (1:1s, professional career development with growth areas tied to salary ranges, structured salary reviews)
      • Data driven insights and initiatives based on weekly pulse surveys to get the opinions of the team and identify and remedy painpoints
      • Moderation and constant improvement of company wide 360 reviews
  • Talent attraction

    • You coach, challenge, and support your hiring managers. You share best practices and build a trusting and open relationship with all internal stakeholders

    • You are holistically responsible for the recruiting process for your departments and position yourself as a competent and experienced Talent Attraction Partner for your hiring managers

    • Focus on getting the right talent in, and heklp hiring managers to make better decision

      • You are supported by a full time Active Sourcer with a Linkedin Recruiter Account and the best tools: Greenhouse, Gem, goodtime.io
    • You propose and implement best practices on how to improve the recruiting process, identify new recruiting channels, enhance the candidate experience and attract the best talent

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resource (or comparable) role, of which at least 2+ years as an Human Resource Business Partner role in an agile environment
  • You proactively engage in stakeholder management and independently develop and implement best practice
  • Strong passion for both building strong relationships, a great place to work and a high performing work environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English

    • 58-75k€ yearly gross depending on experience
