▪ The role holder demonstrates competence in repairs, replacements, and
recalibrations on “Standard jobs” without supervision
▪ Consistently delivers all operational responsibilities to contribute to team goals
▪ May be allocated “Complex” jobs if accompanied by Expert, Lead, Supervisor
or Team Leader
▪ May learn and perform flat glass cutting as needed
▪ Carries out core customer service activities, communicating effectively by
understanding and responding to customer needs to deliver great service
▪ Finds appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and
Services (VAPS)
▪ Understands company policies and procedures and complies with them
▪ Understands and works towards branch and personal KPIs
▪ May mentor and support other team members
