- You would become the first full-time employee working on our recruiting and people operations and play an important role shaping this function
- You work with the co-founding team in developing concepts and defining important requirements to help recruit the best talents
- You act as a central interface between candidates and the company
- You come up with new ideas to establish and continuously optimize the people and recruiting strategy
- You get ownership and responsibility from day one, working on important strategic projects
- You work closely with the co-founder team and experience working in a startup and fast-growing tech company
- You gained + 1 year experience in recruiting and / or people operations in a startup and/ or fast-growing tech company
- You are a builder at heart, figuring out how to solve problems is one of your favorite activities and building, scaling, and rapidly iterating is what keeps you going
- You have strong entrepreneurial drive, ambition, and you know how to get things done
- You have excellent organizational and analytical skills - you can manage multiple tasks and efficient workflows and a clear roadmap for continuous improvement
- You show strong communication skills, both in written and verbal
- You speak fluent German
