Your job combines engineering skills with management soft skills in a highly dynamic environment.
Your tasks include:
- Define, refine and prioritize stories, enabler and features
- Lead the team to successful incremental deliveries and come up continuously with ideas how to improve the project framework and its components
- Ensure visibility, transparency and clarify of the backlog content
- Define story acceptance criteria and support decomposition of requirements and specifications
- Drive and approve the plan for an iteration by collaborating with the team
- Coordinate content dependencies with other value responsible / agile teams
- Accepting stories as done including validation of the stories meeting acceptance criteria and definition of done
- Evaluate and control product quality to ensure continuous improvement
- Responsible for the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components with the support from architects
- Serve as a customer representative for development team and communicate current status to stakeholders
