As a software product manager with responsibility of radar detection software, you will be the primary responsible of the backlog, specially by refining and prioritizing it. You will be the focus person towards the customer, management and other stakeholders to consider their needs in tha backlog and create transparency of the functions. You are responsible together with product owners and the team for the scheduling of the activities to achieve successful delivery.
Further tasks are:
Primary owner of the project Backlog.
Maintain it by adding, deleting, estimating, refining, and prioritizing backlog items
Define acceptance criteria for backlog items on Feature level (Enablers, Features) in collaboration with respective Stakeholders or Customers
Define and manage delivery schedules and releases.
Contact person for customers and stakeholders regarding features priorities and deliveries
Drive the product value generation with multiple teams.
Report the current status and the forecast of your functions to the stakeholders

Fähigkeiten
University degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent qualification
Several years of working as software engineer or similar driving functions development
Several years in software leading position in automotive industry, e.g. software project manager
Experience in working in an agile project framework (preferably SAFe)
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
Very good communication skills to handle also very challenging situations
Very good presentation and reporting skills towards different levels of stakeholders
