For this position a full remote setup can be offered - more information will follow during the recruiting process.

  • You have already gained professional experience in the technical support, application support and critical operation of web applications
  • You have good hands-on experience in Linux , MySQL , XML/XSD, CSV,
    JSON, File system services, REST, (S)FTP
  • You have experience with Ticketing/monitoring/logging tools like JIRA, Salesforce Console, Kibana & Grafana
  • Experience in debugging, testing , troubleshooting, reproducing the issues in different environments
  • Experience in Quality-management and migration processes would be an additional advantage
  • Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management Techniques and Continuous improvement strategy will be a great advantage
  • The improvements of features and Customer satisfaction is always your focus
  • Your way of working is structured, solution-oriented and comprehensible
  • You do not get upset quickly and you stay cool and relaxed even in stressful situations
  • A general understanding of programming languages like PHP would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of German language would be an additional advantage

  • You will work directly with the industry's big players (Zalando, Amazon, Otto, Ebay), but also help emerging retailers (Limango,, Decathlon) scale their business from the very beginning by providing and maintaining the industry's most reliable interfaces
  • You are the first technical contact of the retailer, expert in all urgent support-cases and you maintain excellent relations with our retailer-partners on the technical level
  • Proactively monitor and work on tickets to resolve issues
  • You will work closely with our product and development teams to resolve 2nd / 3rd level issues in a timely manner, provide insights to help increase efficiencies, and ultimately improve the quality of our solutions to ultimately reduce the time to go online
  • Document and share knowledge about existing methods of working and learnings from other areas of the business which benefits the role and team
