    Mercedes pay GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Daimler Mobility AG.
    Mercedes pay is the global payment partner for all Daimler entities. With our worldwide available payment solutions, we support the markets in creating a seamless digital payment experience.
    Buying cars, accessories or services, Mercedes pay enables payment on all digital platforms, via web, app or in-car.
    Our team has the expertise to consult our partners in finding an easy access to the world of payments.

      We are an international team of around 50 people working from two locations: Stuttgart and Berlin.

        WHAT YOU WILL DO:
      • Monitoring and communicating industry and regulatory trends
      • Advising on regulatory and compliance requirements for international markets for our products and services
      • Network building and managing internal and external stakeholders
      • Helping ensure our business remains compliant with local laws and regulations across the globe
      • Enhancing awareness of risk and compliance across the organization

Qualifications
    WHAT WE EXPECT
  • Completed your studies in law or business. Relevant work experience will be considered
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in a Regulatory/ Compliance/Legal function in financial services, preferably the payments industry
  • Experience horizon scanning, monitoring regulatory activity and tracking industry trends
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and can explain complex requirements and issues simply
  • An understanding of and can explain industry terms e.g. SCA, PSD2, PCI DSS, Interchange Reimbursement Fees
  • You are comfortable using MS Office
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking) with German, a plus - other languages desirable
  • You enjoy working independently, in a dynamic and growing team and environment
