User Research Manager (quantitative focus) (m/f/div)

  • Define and perform user research projects with focus on quantitative research in close collaboration with business teams and external agencies; in particular lead researches for business unit Bosch Professional
  • Close collaboration with the Center of Compentence User Research, especially for defining standards in quantitative projects (e.g. Volumetric Forecasting, Conjoint Analysis etc) and developing new research standards
  • Lead cross brand related user research (e.g. target group segmentation, user journey analysis, path to purchase)
  • Support brand management teams in user centric communication development and brand positioning activities
  • Bachelor/ Masters degree in psychology, market research, business administration or related subject
  • Min. 5 years in international market research in a research agency or corporate environment
  • Broad knowledge of quantitative methodologies
  • Analytical mindset and high affinity for numbers
  • Ability to transform complex study results in a storytelling manner
  • Open and keen to develop new quantitative methodologies
  • Knowledge in statistical analysis and good knowledge of the tools (SPSS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of user research with B2B target groups is beneficial
  • High level stakeholder management (senior management)
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages are beneficial
