HR Business Partner (m/f/d)


  • Advise, support and coach management on key HR issues, particularly organizational change, change management, recruitment and talent development, compensation and working time issues as well as co-determination topics
  • Responsibility for the management and implementation of reorganizations/restructurings, in particular with regard to the necessary involvement/coordination with relevant stakeholders and employee bodies
  • Active support of local change, culture and diversity & inclusion activities as well as advise executives on the use andimplementation of existing feedback, leadership and change tools
  • Analysis of relevant HR data including derivation of appropriate measures and support of management in implementation
  • Implementation of the functional talent management strategy incl. identification of succession plans for critical positions, development measures for talents as well as identification and development of critical skills
  • Actively shaping a trustful collaboration with employee representatives, negotiate local company or regulatory agreements as well as implementation of overarching company-wide agreements or HR tools/processes
  • Prepare and support of discussions relevant to labor law (e.g. absenteeism and disciplinary discussions) incl. autonomous initiation/implementation of appropriate measures up to termination processes
  • Contribute country-specific aspects to overarching initiatives as well as conceptual collaboration on internal HR and interdisciplinary projects in cross-site or cross-divisional expert committees


  • University degree (master's/diploma) in business administration, psychology or law with a focus on HR ora comparable education with several years of relevant professional experience in HR
  • Several years of professional experience in HR and thus in-depth knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law and company agreements
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as knowledge of SAP-HR
  • High degree of assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong customer and results orientation
  • Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders and to deal with high complexity
  • Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken

This position is a fixed-term contract until Dec 31st, 2024.
