Job summary
Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Amazon Web Services is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the Internal Transfer team (iTeam). AWS’ Internal Recruiters will support the iTeams key launch recruiting programs, to include internal talent initiatives, offer preparations, internal mobility recruiting-related events. They are passionate customer candidate advocates, with proven organizational capabilities and project management skills; self-starters with a passion for recruiting and talent management. Internal Recruiters help identify, develop, integrate and simplify innovative talent solutions alongside the recruiting teams and business partners across the AWS network.

Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Build and manage internal offers, liaising with hiring managers, HR and compensation & benefits
· Drive resolution of exceptions and other internal transfer-related challenges
· Identifying opportunities for process improvement and applying a structured project management methodology
· Managing the flow of communication with the business partners and internal candidates, related to internal mobility
· Creating and reporting accurate recruiting metrics to highlight the internal application, interview and hiring activity across Amazon Web Services
· Participate in the creation of internal talent initiatives

About the team
The AWS iTeam was created in 2019 to improve employee experience, increase internal role visibility and foster a culture of mobility. Since launch, the team has tripled in size and continues to provide a positive customer experience while driving forward on innovative ideas to segment the internal channel and improve talent mobility opportunities.

This role could also be based in another EMEA location.


· Must have experience building effective stakeholder relationships
· Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar tools
· Proven experience managing prioritizing multiple projects client relationships
· Strong knowledge of MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook
· Fluency in written spoken English


· Knowledge of Amazon’s compensation tools experience of building offers across multiple geographies
· Knowledge of HR policies and processes
· Recruiting experience, including experience of cross border transfers immigration
· Currently working in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources function, as a Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator or Sourcer, or HR partner or with similar work experience in one of these areas
