Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As a member of our Cybersecurity and IT audit team, you will identify, assess, measure and monitor risks based on the annual audit plan
  • You will prepare and conduct audits on Siemens Healthineers IT projects, systems, applications, products, services, factories, data and software development centers. During this process, you will highlight important observations and translate technical findings into management information so that effective actions can be taken
  • You will proactively engage in meetings with audit participants and management to present the team's conclusions and recommendations
  • You will be responsible for improving and revising existing audit techniques and you will actively contribute to strengthening our functional and technical capabilities
  • You will represent the audit department within the company by solidifying our position as a trusted partner

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in computer science, business administration or similar; certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP are a plus
  • You have many years of professional experience in a corporate environment or in a "Big 4" audit firm
  • You have extensive knowledge in areas like IT audit, IT governance, application/software and network security, information security management systems (ISMS), cloud computing
  • You are experienced in IT project and service management
  • In addition, you have proven experience in digitalization and are willing to actively contribute this expert knowledge

Your attributes and skills:

  • At Siemens Healthineers, our audits are conducted in English. Therefore, we expect business-fluency in English. Ideally, you also speak German and/or another language
  • Step boldly: It is easy for you to create convincing management presentations and communications. You also use these skills when conducting stakeholder interviews as well as leading management meetings
  • Learn passionately: It is important to you to continuously expand your knowledge supported by a comprehensive training program and thus bring new impulses to your own team and the entire organization
  • Win together: You have excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Own it: You show full responsibility and hold yourself accountable for the result
  • You are willing to undertake international travel (up to 30%) in order to carry out your audit activities
