Position: Senior Expert – Business Support & Strategic Projects

The aim of the global Business Process Optimization (BPO) is to optimize the value flow along globally streamlined end-to-end transactional HR processes. The BPO is key in driving, shaping and enforcing the end to end HR process flows within DHL Supply Chain. The BPO work includes improving process quality, fulfilling the customer's expectations and reducing process cost; further benefits include reduced and more predictable audit fees and effort and enhanced security controls.
The HR BPO department is structured along process towers and supporting roles. Business Support and Strategic projects is a supporting role and it is responsible for governing business projects (e.g. accountable for execution of agreed projects).
The Business Support and Strategic Projects Sr. Expert leads and supports implementation of agreed projects, drives completion of medium-high complexity projects, collects potential process improvements from main stakeholders and assesses change requests. In addition to that it maintains a partnership with Regional and Country HR Operations Leaders to lead projects and initiatives that impact BPO processes related to changes on service quality or changes to the platforms on which this services is provided.
