For the Automotive Business Unit (ABU) in our Villingen-Schwenningen office we are looking for an Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) – Hardware Analysis / Embedded Electronic Circuits for evaluation of an automated FME(D)A analysis tool.


Your area of responsibility - exciting and with a view into the future


Analysis of tool compatibility with the Mentor Expedition Flow and definition of a reference tool flow.

  • Definition of the required input data and models for implementation.
  • Identify the time required to set up the flow and the resulting tool runtime in relation to the design size.
  • Definition of the optimal application area in hardware development.


Your qualifications - validated and adequate

  • You are currently enrolled in a university, preferably in electrical engineering with focus on analog circuit design or similar course of study
  • Interest and general understanding of embedded electronic circuits
  • Interest in complex high-speed measuring equipment
  • Interest in simulation and verification
  • Focused on practical use in lab, in combination with modeling with the help of simulation tools and theory
