Senior Programmatic & Paid Social Manager (w/m/d)

In the Paid Social & Programmatic team (PPS) you will be responsible for managing our Digital Marketing strategies and execution across European markets, working in close collaboration with local market teams, external agencies and a dedicated analytics team. The team mission is driving Customer Lifetime Value to propel market growth.


  • Lead 360 media strategies, activation guidelines, budgeting and target setting for select Global campaigns and local initiatives for the Eastern European markets.
  • Steer and optimise paid social media (Facebook, Pinterest & Tiktok) and programmatic (Google Ads & DV360) campaigns.
  • Ensure an iterative environment in the team by proactively building AB tests (creative, targeting, formats) and interpreting campaign performance, always aiming for actionable outcomes.
  • Manage our automation initiatives for campaign setup and optimization in liaison with our product owners.
  • Creating cross-functional processes with our Lower-Funnel team and building relationships with external partners (Google, Facebook).


  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication Science, Data Science, Business Administration or similar field.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing setting (preferably in a Media Agency or Advertiser).
  • Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing and data-driven attribution
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local language.
  • Expertise in building Excel workbooks & best-in-class presentations.
  • Expertise in using Facebook Business Manager, DV360 or Google Ads.
  • Basic knowledge with SQL, Google App Scripts or any coding language
