Business Process and Project Manager (all genders)

Your Role:

The Business Process and Project Manager, a critical position in the new BioProcessing Business Operations Process & Governance organization, is now available. Our BioProcessing business helps to overcome development and manufacturing challenges for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), vaccines and plasma fractionation. Within Business Operations we are taking care of global field service, supply robustness, processes and governance, analytical and logistical services, strategic initiatives, and marketing operations.

You will be responsible for designing and optimizing cross-functional major business processes like long-range planning and field service processes to set the foundations for future growth. You will use Lean & Six Sigma approach, project management tools and process improvement workshops. As part of your role you develop KPIs and dashboards and manage change and stakeholders.

The position is flexible on location (Bedford/US, Darmstadt/Germany or Molsheim/France).

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master, MBA or PhD (business, engineering, science or related)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role either in Commercial, Business or Operations within a matrix organization
  • Strong work experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing environment
  • A lot of experience with process improvement and project management
  • You have strong conceptual and analytical skills, drive your own projects, shows hands-on-mentality, and you can manage stakeholder communication and change management.
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience in production planning or maintenance
  • Strong understanding of the Process Solutions business
  • Advanced project management and process improvement skills (e.g. Lean & Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
  • Service and customer orientation
