  • Make an impact in our journey to excellence by shaping our Henkel Adhesives Digital & CX Transformation, leading us to become a fully Customer centric and data-driven organization
  • Understand markets & business needs, leading them in the path to effectively transform Social Media Strategy for all the Henkel Adhesives businesses and Countries
  • Serve as B2B & B2C Global Social Media subject matter expert and Capability Owner
  • Own, shape and drive a global consistent social media strategy and capability development to align with all Henkel Adhesives business goals and customer types (Consumer, SME, professionals, Large Accounts)
  • Design & build the Social Media Capability in order to guide and steer the businesses to conceive, implement, and measure social marketing organic presence and campaigns across all relevant channels
  • Establish global guidelines to launch, grow and social media manage channels based on corporate and brand strategies and guidelines
  • Ensure consistent management and development of high-quality content across social media channels
  • Ensure effective management of paid promotional efforts through social media
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnership opportunities with core social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to deliver business goals as well as create new innovations
  • Design best practices approach on how to research target audience interests / activities on social media to develop effective targeting strategy. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design & drive a social media learning and development program
  • Ensure data-driven social media strategy by defining a measurement framework and listening strategy with focus on using data to inform activities and guide content strategy
  • Business, Marketing, or Communications degree plus specific expertise in social media strategy, customer journeys, social media performance measurement and digital marketing Transformation
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven B2B & B2C social media & digital marketing experience, ideally within large companies
  • Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively explain and demonstrate digital content marketing effectiveness
  • Very good presentation and leaderships skills in order to drive large global transformational projects with the right sponsorship and buy-in
  • Very good business acumen, results driven person, self-motivating approach
  • International background, able to manage multiple stakeholders in different countries and contexts
  • Fluent business-level English, any additional languages are welcome
