  • Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively with colleagues on product releases and improvements
  • Translate data into recommendations that stakeholders can understand, guiding decision-making and building consensus
  • Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests to measure the causal impact of changes to the product
  • Define metrics to orient action and track our progress
  • Demonstration of intermediate or advanced SQL ability; Python or R knowledge is a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of experience contributing to digital product development, preferably with evidence of initiative and impact
  • Ability to simplify technical complexity into clear and concise communication with teammates and stakeholders
