Process Specialist After Sales Service Digital Solutions & Expert Repair Systems (m/f/div)


Interface between Service and other Purpose Teams´ online platforms concerning the integration of Digital Services:

  • Assure operational capabilities and User Experience of After Sales Service are taken into account in other Purpose Teams´ online platforms
  • Interface to Digital Unit (BDO) concerning After Sales Service related topics and business requirements
  • Adapting After Sales Service processes to new requirements of other Purpose Teams (e.g. IoT Purpose Team)
  • Participation in Sprints of Purpose Team IoT-solutions and taking care of related After Sales Service topics
  • Coordination of After Sales Service project

Role Expert of Repair IT-Systems (SAP and non-SAP systems):

  • Link between After Sales Service operations (key users) and Digital Unit (BDO-ED)
  • Conduct trainings and prepare documentation
  • Preparing/Execution (regression) tests
  • Interface controlling and error correction, maintenance of customizing tables
  • Customer and Material Master Data setting in systems
  • (M)BA of IT, Business Administration or Engineering
  • Affinity to IT-systems and process management
  • Excellent command of English (writing and speaking)
  • Readiness to undertake detailed analysis of systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders
  • First experience in agile working environment is desirable
