Experience Designer CX (m/f/d)

As an Experience Designer (m/f/d) you will support design teams in all phases of the design of products and services with regard to quality and usability.

  • You will design usability tests in sub-areas and validate concepts based on data, market analyzes, user feedback and technical requirements
  • You will work with the formulation of use cases / user stories, the creation, establishment and further development of customer-centered design solutions as well as the provision of cross-platform end-to-end designs based on defined design systems
  • You will analyze and evaluate customer feedback on prototypes / click dummies in the context of testing selected customer groups
  • You develop and create user identities and interfaces in subareas as well as prototypes in software and hardware
  • You will work on projects and, if necessary, also take on sub-project management

You have a degree (design) or completed vocational training in connection with several years of professional experience in the field of ICT Analysis & Design.You also have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Basic understanding of the customer journey
  • Advanced knowledge of creating concepts
  • Detailed knowledge for customer analysis
  • High ability to innovate
  • Pronounced customer orientation
  • Knowledge of design, concept development, customer orientation, holistic visual development, process understanding, technology understanding and stakeholder management
  • In-depth experience in applying the design process in agile and cross-functional teams, including mindset, and experience in understanding exactly what customers need and want. Work well under pressure and be able to bring many projects under one roof at the same time and with the right priority
