Talent Marketing Manager (all genders)

Your role: We are looking for a Talent Marketing Manager to add to our collaborative global Group Employer Branding Team. Our team is responsible for the company Employer Branding (EB) strategy and we support the global recruitment community to share the company story with target audiences. In this newly created position, you will be primarily responsible for creating, implementing and tracking innovative EB and Recruitment Marketing campaigns for our CRM based talent pools. You will be partnering not only with recruitment and sourcing teams; you’ll also work with business leaders, hiring managers and other important stakeholders to ensure your Recruitment Marketing strategies are shaped to engage and attract great people. In addition, you will be leading regional, country or site level campaigns from development to final execution to ensure we attract the talent who can drive continued company growth. This role can be based in EMEA region.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Recruitment Marketing or Employer Branding role. Or in a Recruiter position where Recruitment Marketing is a core part of your role, ideally in a Pharma or Life Science company
  • Good understanding of active and passive candidate behaviour and motivation
  • Understanding of the wide range of available marketing channels to reach and engage with potential hires
  • Proven understanding of using social media platforms to communicate with candidates, particularly LinkedIn
  • Experience working with a CRM tool, ideally in SAP Successfactors
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills with a focus on collaboration, partnership and consultancy
  • Globally sensitive, with experience of working across different business cultures and countries
  • Creative and innovative thinker able to develop new ideas and concepts
  • A good awareness of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) recruiting topics
  • Exposure to managing external marketing agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
