You ensure high performance and alignment to Global HR initiatives and take responsibility for major deliverables in developing and implementing the Global HR agenda in coordination with countries´ HR Business Partners.

Your tasks:
  • Identify and represent Sales related business requirements on HR products and services (e.g. HR strategies, concepts/tools, initiatives) by communicating specific characteristics to HR and defining their impact on HR products and services
  • Translate globally defined HR standards into Sales-specific context and enable business understanding and acceptance of new/adjusted HR concepts and initiatives
  • Establish strong relationships within Sales Management Community and develop a deep understanding of the business in order both to suggest forward-looking business solutions and pre-empt potential issues
  • Identify performance management as well as talent management requirements and establish credibility as an expert in strategic HR
  • Act as “Business - HR interface” and facilitate HR core activities such as Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness, Management of Talent & Succession, Learning Management and HR internal Communication
  • Coach, support, up-skill, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide guidance on complex HR issues
Your profile:
  • University Degree
  • Profound previous experience in a HR position, especially relevant experience in the area of HR business partnering and organizational design
  • Several years of experience in managing projects and/or (smaller) teams
  • Proven experience of successfully managing complex cross-functional projects in an international context
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong generalist knowledge of HR practices
  • Effective communication skills and presentation skills, combined with an open-minded consultative approach
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels and negotiate effectively with all the key stakeholders and to achieve buy-in
  • Exceptional customer and service orientation, with a clear focus on service quality and continuous improvement
  • Proven skills in problem solving
  • Proficient ability in Microsoft Packages
